Development of 150 dwellings on land South of the B4349 in Kingstone, Herefordshire.
The Design Review panel strongly supported this housing development in Kingston, following discussions in February 2013. Whilst the panel appreciated the unique layout of the development, it recommended the improvement of passive surveillance of roads; increasing housing frontage on road interfaces. The panel also suggested a need for greater connectivity with Kingstone village by developing more pedestrian links to the main B4349 roadway. In addition, the creation of second access road to the development was recommended, in order to improve vehicular access to the surrounding road network.Click here to see full report.
